Policies relating to Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking
Our approach to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking is supported by our company Code of Conduct, Whistleblowing Policy and Supplier Engagement Policy. Together, these policies and procedures help us promote ethical business conduct, assess and manage supplier-related risks, maintain appropriate due diligence processes, and provide mechanisms for reporting concerns.
In addition to this, our Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the standards we expect our suppliers to meet, including in relation to ethical working practices and compliance with applicable laws.
Due Diligence
Due diligence is undertaken on our key suppliers to ensure that we only engage with reputable suppliers, and the relevant members of staff are required to undertake due diligence during the supplier selection and onboarding process.
Our supplier assessments confirm compliance with labour standards, human rights controls, governance practices and relevant policies. Where elevated risks are identified, enhanced due diligence and additional review measures are undertaken before engagement proceeds.
Employees are required to follow the appropriate escalation process if any concerns are identified. All concerns are assessed and managed by our Legal and Compliance department.
Risk Assessment and Management
Our supply chain is primarily service-based and based in lower-risk industries, such as technology, software and other professional and business services. We do not act as a producer, manufacturer or retailer of physical goods and have no supply chains in relation to such activities. Based on these factors, we have assessed that our exposure to modern slavery and human trafficking risk is low.
Irrespective of the low risk, we expect all our suppliers to meet our Code of Conduct as a condition of doing business with us, which is available on our website here: Supplier Code of Conduct.
This Statement was approved by our Directors on 10 September 2026. We provide a whistleblowing service both internally and externally so that any suspected or actual issues can be reported and managed via an electronic system. We complete an annual review of this Statement by considering any changes to geographical, industry or geo-political risks and the nature of our business or engagements.
