Modern slavery and human trafficking statement

This statement applies to Maritime Insights & Intelligence Limited trading as Lloyd’s List Intelligence and its Group companies.

Introduction

This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement is a response to Section 54(1), Part6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and relates to actions and activities for the financial yearending 31 December 2024. This Statement applies to Maritime Insights & IntelligenceLimited and all the group companies that are part of the Lloyd’s List Intelligence group ofcompanies (together, “LLI Group”).

We are committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking violations in our ownoperations, our products and as well as in our supply chain. We have zero-tolerancetowards slavery and require our supply chain to comply with our standards.

Organisational structure

LLI Group provides transparent and actionable maritime data empowering 60,000professionals around the globe to make confident decisions that drive the safe, efficient andlawful movement of trade by sea. We operate through our online platforms and have officesin UK, US, Singapore, Shanghai, Tokyo and Dubai. We offer a comprehensive range ofservices, from vessel tracking and maritime risk analysis to market intelligence. Due diligence

Due diligence is undertaken on our key suppliers to ensure that we only engage withreputable suppliers, and the relevant members of staff are required to undertake duediligence during the supplier selection and onboarding process. Any concerns raised by ouremployees are handled by our legal and compliance department.

Risk and compliance

The majority of our supply chain is based in the UK, US and in lower risk industries, such asinternet software and services. We do not act as a producer, manufacturer or retailer ofphysical goods and have no supply chains in relation to such activities. We have thereforeassessed that our exposure to modern slavery and human trafficking risk is low.

This statement was approved by our board of directors on 10 July 2025. We provide awhistleblowing service both internally and externally so that any suspected or actual issuescan be reported and managed via an electronic system. We complete an annual review ofthis statement by considering any changes to geographical, industry or geo-political risks and the nature of our business or engagements.
