Features Editor - Insurance Day (London)

Play a key role in developing Insurance Day’s core areas of specialism such as marine insurance, the Lloyd’s and London markets and reinsurance. Work with a team of journalists to deliver content though our website, daily PDF, podcasts, webinars and live events. The role requires a proven track-record in business journalism, sound editorial judgment, writing flair and an ability to work under pressure.

Customer Success Executive (London)

A great opportunity for a Customer Success Executive to work as an integral part of the department by providing a world class standard of Customer Service managing inbound customer enquiries and delivering effective solutions. Involves tracking all interactions on Salesforce and develop and implement plans to proactively drive customer online usage and success. 

Software Engineer (London)
