What is AIS?

satellite

Automatic Identification System (AIS) is a global standard used by ships to transmit data—including position, speed, destination, and identity—via VHF radio signals. Land-based AIS receivers like ours capture this data when vessels are within 20–30 nautical miles, delivering high-frequency, high-resolution insights.

Your receiver will help monitor thousands of vessels in real-time and feed critical information to our customers around the globe.
